One of the larger events I’ve had the privilege of photographing recently was the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee’s Honors Day Ceremony. This event for the council highlighted the achievements of young girls who have excelled in leadership, service, and the empowerment of their communities. The ceremony took place in the Omni Hotel located in downtown Nashville. With over 500 attendees present, the event was a vibrant celebration of the dedication and success of the young leaders. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and pride as families, friends, and community members gathered to honor these remarkable girls and their contributions. The occasion was marked by heartfelt speeches, inspiring stories, and a sense of collective joy and achievement that truly made it a memorable experience for everyone involved.
