This is easily one of the best engagements I've done. Lindsay & Santi just overflowed with joy. I wanted the natural background to be a third character in this session, and the seclusion of the forest backdrop and a private lake was the perfect background character. The stillness of the lake, mirroring the trees, made it feel like nature was holding its breath...as I was holding my breath, trying to get probably the longest shot of my life on a 400mm lens. You can almost hear the gasps and laughter through the images. The moment radiates love and excitement. Fast forward to the return home, where friends and family waited to surprise Lindsay as she came in the door. This isn't just a proposal; it’s the start of a beautiful adventure, captured in every frame.
