This was SUCH a fun project and the energy captured in these images is truly palpable. The assignment was for a college's “late night” event, a tradition where Resident Advisors (RAs) organize a unique gathering for their residents. The theme for this particular night was both delightfully unconventional and hilariously entertaining: students went to the local thrift stores and hunted for the quirkiest, weirdest, and most outrageous outfits they could find. There was absolutely no pressure to look anything less than completely ridiculous, which only added to the evening’s excitement and fun. The result was a vibrant, high-spirited atmosphere where everyone embraced the silliness with enthusiasm. These images, even though they’re a few years old now, remain some of my favorites. They capture the essence of an unforgettable night filled with laughter, creativity, and a carefree joy.
